Shipping & Delivery
We hand‑personalize each Little Hero uniform, so orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During peak season (September–December), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience while we make your keepsake perfect.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow delivery. While carriers handle transit time, we do everything we can to get packages out quickly and to help you track them.
Lost or Delayed Packages On rare occasions a package may be delayed or lost in transit. If that happens, we will:
- Open a trace with the carrier and work actively to locate your order.
- Keep you informed during the investigation (this may take up to 8 weeks in some cases). If the carrier is unable to recover the package after our investigation, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
