Shipping Policy: Due to the authenticity of how we personalize our uniforms, your order will ship within 5-7 working days of order placement. Peak season (Sept. – Dec.) may extend this time frame, but your keepsake uniform is worth the wait. Depending on our order volume during these months, your order may ship outside of our normal 5-7 business day window.

Additionally we do our very best to get your order shipped out faster than expected. However, we cannot control actual shipping times or delivery. It is rare, but packages can get lost, as you have probably experienced with shipping, making a delivery date unknown, even with tracking. If your order ends up falling into the rare category of getting lost while shipping, we will make every attempt to contact the service and initiate trying to find the package. This process can take up to a couple months. While it is inconvenient and a pain, we ask that you give us the time to locate your order. Most packages show up within this timeframe. Great customer service, a very high-quality personalized product and hopefully exceeding your expectations are our goals. If, after 2 months, the package has not shown up and all attempts to find it have been exhausted, we will discuss a remedy for either replacement or refund.

Return Policy: Most items are personalized, therefore all sales are final. Sorry, no returns.
