We offer uniforms finished with lime/yellow reflective striping. As a result, we cannot offer orange striping or lettering. There are a few Fire Departments that have orange striping and lettering. Many customers that want us to match their orange striped/lettered bunker gear love ours anyway as we can match the layout of the back.

We sell the uniforms as sets, which include the jacket and bib-overall pants We do not sell each piece separately as we would end up with too many random pieces.

The quality of the fabric itself is high. It is a thicker fabric and almost feels like the real bunker gear. Party and costume stores, as well as big box stores around Halloween, offer costumes made of cheap fabric that won't withstand wear and tear, and they lack any possibility of personalization.

Firefighter turnout gear is personalized using appliqué. The process begins with designing text in software. Each jacket location requires hooping for the machine to hold the garment. After uploading the design, the machine sews a trace stitch. Then, we place fabric letters within, and the machine embroiders around them with a zigzag stitch. Appliqué ensures durability, ensuring that the uniforms are cherished even after outgrowing them, destined to be kept forever.

Many Fire Departments feature tails extending below and attaching to the bottom of the bunker coat. Two types exist: rounded bottom corners or angled, with or without striping. Tails are time-consuming additions, not part of the original uniform. Sourcing matching fabric, measuring, cutting, and sewing each tail, along with the appliqué embroidery, is required. Upon completion, we sew the tails onto the bottom of the coat.

We don't make the uniforms, but do the authentic personalization of them to make them what you see pictured. Unfortunately, we do not custom make uniforms.

The uniforms are already made, so they do have long sleeves and pant legs. If you find a local seamstress in your area, they can easily make this one piece police uniform into a short sleeve or pant leg costume.

The shoulder patches you see pictured on the police and fighter pilot costumes are already on the uniforms. They measure 3-3.5" wide. We can't take them off easily, but if you want your patch over them, a local seamstress in your area should be able to sew your patch over the existing patches.

We do a direct to garment embroidery. The embroidery won't come off and will last forever. You will love the embroidery and personalization so much, you won't get rid of the costume even once your child outgrows it.

Our turn around time is typically 5-7 business days. We pour the highest attention to detail into each uniform making it the best it can be and one that hopefully exceeds your expectations. In our busy season (Aug-Dec), our processing time can be longer, but your custom costume is worth the wait! Order early for Halloween and Christmas!
