NO iron-on vinyl lettering that wears off! We personalize using the appliqué process where fabric letters are sewn down with an embroidery machine, just like the real uniforms! Each uniform takes about 1.5 hours to achieve the quality and authenticity that set us apart and make them one-of-a-kind.

Due to the time consuming nature of custom making tails, we only offer them through July. Our peak season Aug-Dec does not allow the time to make them. However, we can still put a name on the bottom of the coat, which looks great!
To personalize, we use capital block font for all lettering and uniquely appliqué the letters to the coat. THIS IS NOT FULL STITCH EMBROIDERY, BUT BETTER AND MORE AUTHENTIC. Pictures help us with layout and placement if we are trying to match an actual Fire Dept. Please email us a clear picture of the back of the bunker gear coat OR a picture you found online, so we can match it. Lay the coat flat for the most clear picture. A Maltese cross is embroidered beneath your child’s 1st initial and last name on the gear bags.
