IMPORTANT! - SHIPPING POLICY

We do our very best to get your order shipped out faster than expected. However, we are not responsible for actual shipping times or delivery. Some packages may take longer in the shipping process than normal. It is rare, but packages can get lost, making a delivery date unknown, even with tracking. If your order ends up falling into the RARE category of getting lost while shipping, we will make every attempt to contact the service and initiate trying to find the package or filing a claim, if necessary. This process can take up to a couple months. While it is inconvenient and a pain (even if you are trying to accommodate a birthday or other gift event), we ask that you be patient while we try to find your personalized order. Most packages show up within this timeframe. Good customer service, quality product and hopefully exceeding your expectations are important to us. If you package has not shown up after all attempts to find it have been exhausted, we will discuss a remedy and work to meet your needs as your satisfaction, with this understanding, is very important to us.
